Chef Tom Colicchio from NYC’s famed restaurant Craft has created a truly farm-to-table menu, featuring produce grown on the property’s one acre Topping Rose Farm and honoring the best ingredients from other local farmers and fishermen. With picture perfect grounds and party venues that include the restaurant and barn, their wedding experience blends country chic with a refined elegance.
